2.1 In furtherance of the Services provided and the eligibility criteria stated under the Terms of Use located at the homepage www.brightyourfutures.in,You shall be eligible to purchase Vouchers of a specific monetary value.
2.2 Way4Success Shopping Pvt. LTD will facilitate the provision of the best, pre-negotiated deals for a particular product/service at a given price for a given place. Purchase of such Vouchers will be subject to the Terms of Sale and such other terms, if any, as specified by the Vendor.
2.3 Each Voucher will have the necessary redemption instructions printed on it. The Vouchers may contain an offer period, or expiry date mentioned on it, You shall use it accordingly. Unless otherwise stated, You will not be entitled to receive any credit or cash-back for the value of the Voucher You don't redeem or use within the stipulated time period as mentioned in the Voucher, if any. You agree that the Voucher issued is specific to the product or service selected such as restaurants, spa, salon & wellness, footwear etc. and cannot be used for the purchase of any other product or service as offered by the Website and cannot be used for the purchase of any other product or service and cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions that may be made available on the Website.

2.5 Vouchers once sold are non-refundable, whether You use it or not. Only one Voucher is allowed per transaction.

Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Way4Success Shopping Pvt. LTD before You proceed to pay for Your purchase. In the event case Your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request You to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Way4Success Shopping Pvt. LTD, in such cases Way4Success Shopping Pvt. LTD will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. Way4Success Shopping Pvt. LTD doesn't deliver items internationally. However, You can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but at the same time ensuring the shipping address is within India.
In case You book multiple order for the Products and Services in one transaction, Way4Success Shopping Pvt. LTD would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics' issues. If You purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by You. If You wishes to ship Products to different addresses, then You should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

8. Return Policy for Products & Conditions
We stand behind the worth of our products and services also guarantees your happiness. For any reason you as a Customer/ Direct Seller/ Distributor do not feel completely satisfied with the products and services, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for reimbursement as per the terms of the Product Return Policy & Conditions.
The return policy is only applicable to products in the marketable condition.
The return policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is incumbent upon Direct Seller/Preferred Customer/ Distributor to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in the psyche.
Return Policy for Distributor/Direct Seller/Customer within 30 days of purchase.
1. Marketable Products Within 30 Days 100% refund less GST.
2. Partially Used (20%) Consumable Items only within 30 Days 100% refund less GST.
3. Electronics, Mobile Phones, Computer Products and Electrical Appliances, sealed pack within 30 days of purchase 100% refund less GST.
** No Refund is permitted after 30 days of cooling off period in any circumstances.
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
** Note:
Marketable means to products that are unopened, unused, not expired and, not biennial, suspended or limited promotional services and products.
**Partially Used are products (Only Consumable goods) which have been partly used (20%).
Notes:
• The Direct Sellers/PC / Distributor must return the product(s) to Brightfuture offices and stores.
• Return Period for products calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date, to the date of receipt at the Brightfuture office and stores.
• The condition applies to the situation in which the stock is received back from the Distributor/Direct Seller/PC as a refund.
The product can be 'marketable' or 'partially used' depending on the condition of the returned goods as assessed by the Returns staff at the Brightfuture office and stores.
• Points/Net Sales Volume adjustment of Products returned up till 25th of each month shall be processed in the same month. Total Points/Net Sales Volume of the returned goods reduced from the returning distributor sales statement.
• The Product Return Policy does not apply to open packs of literature and videos or other sales aids.
• Total returns cannot exceed the number resembling as per Invoice.
• In case goods are returned by customers directly to Brightfuture, Points/Sales Volume adjustment made from the Direct Sellers's account & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from Direct Seller.
Cooling Off Period:
A new Direct Seller/Distributor chooses to terminate the Contract and exit the Brightfuture business while initial 30 days of Joining, he/she will be able to return all the Products and material (purchased from Brightfuture) and get a complete refund (as per refund policy for marketable & non-marketable products).

9.1 Cancellation by Way4Success Shopping Pvt. LTD: There may be certain orders that Way4Success Shopping Pvt. LTD is unable to accept and must cancel. Way4Success Shopping Pvt. LTD reserves the right, at Way4Success Shopping Pvt. LTD sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Way4Success Shopping Pvt. Any Way4Success Shopping Pvt. LTD cash or Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz: Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address Bulk quantity of the same product ordered Invalid address given in order details Any malpractice used to place the order.
10. Failure to Sell by the Vendor
